The focus is on her time at the Düsseldorf Art Academy and considers aspects of Beuys' teachings, such as participatory processes and values like freedom, equality, and democracy. This is exemplified by the 243-part film work \u003cem\u003eEigenbewegung\u003c\/em\u003e from 1969. \u003cem\u003eEigenbewegung\u003c\/em\u003e features many protagonists of those years, including Joseph Beuys, Johannes Stüttgen, Imi Knoebel, Blinky Palermo, Chris Reinecke, and Jörg Immendorff.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn addition, a dedicated exhibition area will explore the fashionable self-designs of both artists. Beuys and Sieverding each created a high recognition value through a few coordinated items of clothing and accessories. Before her time at the Art Academy, Sieverding designed costumes as an assistant to Fritz Kortner at the Vienna Burgtheater and placed them in scenic and contextual settings.
