Her body of work contains numerous references to music, language, politics, philosophy, and the history of Germany and Europe. In autumn 2026, Museum Schloss Moyland will invite her to engage in a research-based dialogue with the iconic work of Joseph Beuys, of which the museum holds some 6,000 artworks and a comprehensive archive. Like Beuys, Waldach develops artistic theory and practice in parallel through the conceptual fusion of drawing, language and thought.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe series ‘Artists in Dialogue with Joseph Beuys’ finds continuity and further development in this. Unlike in previous iterations of this format, Waldach, like Beuys, demonstrates a heightened interest in the medium of drawing. In this way, Beuys’ delicate early drawings are re-examined from the perspective of the contemporary artist.
