Public guided tour of the exhibition "Daniele Formica in Dialogue with Joseph Beuys"

This research-based exhibition brings the contemporary performative artistic practice of the Italian-Dutch artist Daniele Formica (born 1996, Perugia) into a dialogue with the historical position of the internationally successful German artist Joseph Beuys (born 1921, Krefeld, died 1986, Düsseldorf), who passed away in 1986.

For the exhibition, Formica develops new site-specific works – including text-based works, a video performance, a large-format ready-made, and a performance installation that directly references Beuys’ action Sibirische Symphonie (1963).

The approximately one-hour guided tour through the exhibition invites you to experience this exciting dialogue between past and present and to learn about the new works in the context of their creation process.

Please note: This tour ticket does not include the admission ticket for the museum. You'd need to order this separately.
